查询从今天起 30 天内开始的 scheduled 活动，第一页最多 10 条；keepOld=true 且结果为空时改查已结束的 scheduled 活动。日期边界按服务器时区计算。

`GET /open/event/recent`

**Responses**

- `200` — 近期活动列表
- `401` — 应用令牌缺失或无效
- `403` — 应用没有 read 权限或没有接口访问权限
- `422` — 参数校验失败
- `429` — 请求频率超限；Retry-After 响应头给出等待秒数
- `500` — 服务器错误
